The health and safety of our passengers, crew, employees and communities we serve are our top priority.
We have opened our season for scheduling, but please note that as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 crisis,
we reserve the right to cancel/push back flight dates based on government regulations regarding social distancing.
COVID-19 SAFE PRACTICES
While our balloon flights do take place with plentiful open, fresh air,
there will still be multiple changes made to our operations.
We will implement all these in the interest of safety, adventure, and setting the standard of expectations.
Flexible Cancellation Policy
Updated cancellation policy to allow for last-minute schedule changes.
Health Screening For Everyone
All passengers will be asked health questions upon arrival and will only be permitted to check in for their flight if they are not at risk of having COVID-19.
Complimentary Face Masks
Face masks will be provided to all passengers who do not bring their own.
Hand Sanitizer Stations
Hand sanitizer stations and thorough sanitization of all equipment (balloons & vehicles) before and after every flight.
Personal Safety Protection
All staff will have proper personal safety equipment (ie. gloves and masks) at all times.
Basket Partitions Installed
Clear vinyl curtains installed in order to social distance on shared balloon flights.
Suspending Champagne Toast
Out of an abundance of caution, we have temporarily suspended the offering of complimentary champagne during the post-flight celebration.
Please be advised, that you will still be traveling in a van to and from the launch/landing site and in a balloon basket with 7 - 11 other people (depending on the number in your party).
Stay safe and we look forward to flying with you soon!
